General Manager:

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning,
    cooking and serving standards.
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
  • training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
  • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with
    restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Make employment and termination decisions consistent with guidelines for approval or review.
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
  • Continually strive to develop your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by
    following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance
    with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a
    timely basis.
  • Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as
    needed and labor cost objectives are met.
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective
    action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
  • Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and
    labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in restaurant, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities

Kitchen Manager:

Full-Time (Daytime + Evening/Weekend Openings Available)

Skills:

Essential Functions:

  • Manage kitchen staff, work alongside and coordinate food orders
  • Supervise food prep and cooking
  • Check food presentation and temperature
  • Maintain quality along with appropriate portion sizes
  • Schedule kitchen staff shifts as well as full restaurant cleaning crew
  • Price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager
  • Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
  • Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques
  • Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators)
  • Keep weekly and monthly cost reports
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef
  • Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients
  • Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Conflict management abilities
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
  • Certification from a culinary school or degree in Restaurant Management is a plus

Team Member:

Part-Time (Daytime + Evening/Weekend Openings Available)

Locations:
Oak Creek, WI & Mt. Pleasant, WI

Job Summary:
Members of our Treefort family provide exceptional service with a smile, ensuring every customer we interact with leaves feeling WiscoGood . We offer flexibility and fun in one of Wisconsin’s most unique dining places.

Shifts:

  • Daytime: 10am – 2:30 pm or 4pm
  • Evenings: 4pm to 9pm/10pm
  • No Sundays as we are closed!

Essential Functions:

  • Provide excellent customer service in every interaction – in-store, curbside and over the phone
  • Operate a cash register and be able to make change for cash transactions.
  • Be able to work quickly to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered to the customer either in-store or curbside.
  • Assist with kitchen clean-up including dishes and garbage.
  • Food prep duties ensuring portion control is fulfilled and food presentation accurately reflects Georgie Porgie’s quality standards
  • Follow restaurant policies on attendance and appearance.
  • Assist with odd job responsibilities as requested by the Manager on Duty

Qualifications:

  • Operate a cash register and make change
  • Must be personable on the job, communicating with guests, team and management
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift/carry 10lb or less constantly and higher weights on occasion

Pay:

  • Daytime: $12-$15 plus tips, based on experience
  • Evening/Weekend: $9-$15 plus tips, based on experience
